I’ve mentored new instructors privately and through group workshops for many years. I love watching instructors grow and feel a sense of accomplishment through their work.

I offer the Masterful Movement Workshop Series for instructor looking to level up their knowledge and skills, which will help your community and career on a wider scale. The better we are at our jobs, the safer and more useful we become to the people we serve. Private Instruction available.

Club Pilates offers a comprehensive 500-hour contemporary Pilates certification that goes beyond their network, allowing graduates to work at any studio nationwide. As your mentor, I'm here to provide support and guidance throughout the program. The upcoming training session is set for Hackensack's Club Pilates in River Edge, NJ.

After a decade-old lumbar injury followed by a C-section in 2020, my core was a mess. My Ortho suggested back surgery since PT and medicinal treatments were no longer effective in providing relief.
A friend suggested Pilates after she struggled with similar issues and had found relief years prior. I did my research and found Susan teaching only a few miles away from my home.
She had decades of Pilates experience with an understanding of anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation, nutrition, and overall wellness.
